There is this really funny one that I thought up. (But it only works when I have Lucille: the Slayer Vampire added to the cast)
Lorne is in a meeting to have a book made into a movie, but he's not interested. But Lorne didn't realize that the director/producer (I don't remember how it goes) is a warlock that places a curse on Lorne and everyone close to him. Then when everybody wakes up the next morning they find themselves trapped in the "Wizard of Oz".
Lucille is Dorthy: Harmony is the Good Witch: Illyia is the Bad Witch: Spike is the Scarecrow: Gunn is the Tin Man: Angel is the Cowardly Lion: Wesley is the Gatekeeper: Lorne is the Wizard.
You guys have any episode ideas, better spill now.
