What would be your dream spinoff/tvmovie?

Gotta say Spike rules PPP. He does. That would be a KICKASS film.

Next in line would be a Faith film.

Like you're idea of an Illyria series but i reckon anything with Illyria or Fred has to have Wes in it. Even if he becomes a ghost or something. Tacky? yes. Bin done? Yes. But it wouldn't be the same without him.

Giles, Faith, Willow and Kennedy trek around the globe and help train the newly awoken Slayers while battling evil. Kinda like Alias, with a Buffy twist.

Of course Buffy and Dawn are nowhere to be found, having settled down to try and have a "normal" life.

Dream- absolutely would be a show featuring Willow in which Tara is returned to her. I pray for this.

FYI- an article about Tony Head published yesterday noted that the Giles/Ripper program is being set as a 2 hour TV movie.

Lots of great ideas! Not that I expected anything less from my hellish friends.

My pick is Tales of the Slayer -- movie series or tv series -- in which we get to meet other Slayers from other times. Probably the thing I love the most about the Jossverse (it certainly isn't that term!!) is that it is a universe, with soooooo much to explore.

Spin offs - there are many story lines that could be followed that would not justify an entire series. So I have advocated 2 ways to get around this.

First: Tales of the Watcher. The unifying thing would be the narrator who is reading from a different Watcher's Diary every week so we could have a variety of tales, such as Buffy, Andrew & Dawn meeting the Immortal Evil or Very Mad , Tara's back story, Willow and Kennedy in Rio discovering a Slayer and so on. That way we could have people come back for guest shots without tying them to a series.

Second: Willies Place( or Lorn's Place). Hey instead of working in a DMP one of the ladies from BTVS could get a job in a bar. Then we could have bar room stories about Sunnydale, Slayers & Demons etc; maybe from the patrons maybe as told to the patrons?

Anything along this line would keep the Buffy/Angelverse active and allow for stories that did not require new watchers to invest in learning the entire back story of Buffy. Kind of like a Twilight Zone series. The downside would of course be the lack of the longer story arcs that we so enjoyed, unless they were side stories that carried along in addition to the main ones each week.

Slayer Search: Andrew or Dawn or Team W/K searching out new Slayer's & recruiting them?

I really really REALLY want Wesley back... maybe they can do a movie that deals with an AU (i.e. Wishverse) or actually end up back in time. I'm not a huge fan of time travel usually, but if anyone could make it work, it'd be Joss!

Spike definitely or definitely Spike with Illyria. This would be a perfect set up to bring the other characters back into the mix. The perfect spinoff would include Spike, Illyria and Wes for me along with maybe some new slayers.

This may sound crazy, but I thought a Spike & Andrew spin-off would be funny. Their dynamic always cracked me up....especially in "Damage".

I want a spin-off series for my character "Lucille: Slayer Vampire".

Of course I want a Spike tele-movie/spin-off. If they do that, I want them to bring back Drusilla and give her a proper end. The last time we heard from her (the REAL, PRESENT Drusilla) was in Crush. What happened to our favorite crazy vampire anyway??? It bugs me soooooo much.
I can already see how hestitate Spike would be to stake Drusilla. I imagin tears.

Hmmm, if Andrew is going to a therapist and being open about Spike, obviously the therapist is "in the know." I wonde rif it's the same guy hwo counseled Buffy afte r"Bad Girls." Thta might be a hook for a spin-off, the Watchers' Council therapeutic branch. (Wonde rif Dr. Sinclair is one of them.) mI'm hemi-demi-semi-serious here BTW.

lol I'd love to see a Harmony spin-off, Harmony trying really hard to being good and to save people but not managing all the time, great chance for characters like Xander (omg a rematch between harmony and xander) lol or characters like Marcie Ross finally finishing her assassin training thing lol realising Cordy's gone and coming after the next best thing, Harmony lol okay so this will never happen but it's a pretty funny idea =/
