I'm kinda surprised that the soundtrack is instrumental. . . but now that i think of it, it didn't really have as much lyrical music as Buffy did

i'm really glad that "L.A. Song" is on the list, i love what little bit CK sang during Dead End

Yeah too bad those stupid ass fucks at Fox have decided not to release the CD in USA and now I have to pay for fuckin shipping to order it from Canada. Sorry for the langauge but how stupid is it to sell the cd everywhere EXCEPT the country the show came from?

Oh and about the eariler comments, I'm kinda pissed that a SCORE soundtrack was never released for Buffy. When a TV show has REALLY GOOD instrumental music you're really lucky because most of the scoring on tv just plain stinks and doesn't match with the mood or atmosphere at all. Best scoring I've seen done are on Dead Like Me, Alias, Buffy, and Angel. I'm VERY HAPPY to own the instrumental soundtrack for Alias. Its just awesome to listen to this music late at night, it really puts you in the "mood" and is so atmospheric and epic.

I have to agree with poster..... why on earth would you purposely exclude such a large number of fans by not releasing the soundtrack in the U.S.? I mean, this is pretty much a "gimme". Look at all the people who spent $$ in the campaigns to keep angel on the air; and I'm sure there are more who will buy the disc who weren't going to spend money on the campaigns. Just doesn't make sense. What is Fox thinking?

Does anyone know a tenative release date for the soundtrack?
