I am enjoying Lost but getting a litlte annoyed with some of the off the wall science and not seeing my favorite characters featured more.

yep.. I watch it.. wouldn't necessarily call it the best season but it's a good season so far :P

i'm diggin the twists and turns more so this year...i feel they're getting real close to explaining something too...

i always figured the time travel theory in the back of my mind...however, i just don't know how everyone ties in together yet...

I think that the revelation that Claire is Jack's sister made it good for me (as well as all of the Hugo stuff - Hugo, Jesus Christ is not a weapon). I've been waiting for the Claire-Jack moment since it was revealed, and it was excruciating that he found it out there.

Yeah that was pretty awful, he looked like he was going to lose it. Do you think she knew the baby wasnt Kates?

I'm not sure about Claire being dead. I think she might still be on the island, but then again, I don't know how all that's going to play out - not a clue.

I wondered about the baby issue, but we've seen down the road, and there's no indication that she knew.

Sun part was great. I also looked ahead a little and saw that Walt is on the season finale right now.

I can read this thread and makes sense of the names on occasion. I should come by here to make sense of what my dear not-so-little LegoKing watches. He gets the downloads & I walk past going ah-huh, then leave the room or just be quiet (cause I now get the look). :D

I loved the scene where Sun told her Daddy Dearest that she had controling interest in the company. But like so much of Lost it did not meet the test of being realistic. A settlement large enough to gain control of a company of the size implied would have bankrupted the airline.

In general a nice epeisode that has me looking forward to the 2 hour season closer in 2 weeks! :ugeek: Hmm wonder if this emoticon can be modified to have a grey beard so it will resemble me more?

I truly think this is the best season of Lost. It is easily the best in story structure and execution. The only way it falters at all is that they had to move the characters a bit quicker in the last 5 episodes after the writers strike to get them to where they needed to be for the finale, but even that is a minor quibble.

I understand for some people the heavy science is going to be hard to either understand or put together with the clues the show has been giving us from the begining but honestly that is what we have always wanted. They have to explain it somehow and with a show as convoluted with important information as lost they have no choice but to make it more complicated than the average viewer can handle.

Plus there has been less sex overall this season. lol (on that note im just glad Kate got to change her clothes finally, ever since her and Juliet were in the mud together last season I found it unfathomable that they didn't shower until this season)

I love Daniel Faraday also btw, he is one of my favorite characters at this point. Honestly the majority of the freighter characters are great. Especially opposed to the tail section survivors of season 2 (which I am concurrently watching right now with my girlfriend)

It was also really exciting to me to watch this season as I was taking physics courses because I tried to apply everything I learned to the show lol.

I feel that the show now knows exactly where its going, they are not fucking around anymore, its down to business, and it is incredible.
