Man today was one crazy ass day!!!!

I am ready for a break and the whole building smells of tar and it is making me sick to my stomach.

I may use that as an excuse to leave early the vomit response I have with the bad smell.

Today is busy day with baseball for both of the boys and tomorrow I am back int he karate class. HiYA!

Hello, everyone. Sorry it's been awhile. I had a bronchitis/sinusitis combo that was pretty nasty. My head hurt so badly, every time I looked down for any reason, I felt like my brain was going to fall out of the top of my head. Try going through life without looking down! I'm feeling much better post-antibiotics. How's everyone around here?

Hippie - Tacos, huh? I completely understand. When I was pregnant with Ryan I ate chicken taco salad from the deli across the street from work three to four times a week. LOL!

Whoa....conversations have been sparse here:blink: Swim Club is open and I usually get until 6/15 to get things done and brace up for the onslaught when ALL the schools are out. Well, some schools got out on the 7th, so I have been busy. Yesterday I was slaughtered. I have about 20 new families and they are 'swim club minded'. This may be a killer summer for me.....I am used to lazy families!!

How is everyone? Glad to hear you are feeling better Val.

Conversation is sparse, indeed. But like everything, comes in cycles and will likely pick back up. ;-)

Val-mmmmmmmmmtacos. My favorite are the grilled fish and grilled shrimp tacos at the taqueria by work, but now that I am on house arrest, I can only manage Taco Bell. What I really crave from time to time is a big. bloody steak.....I tried it well-done since the blood is verboten right now, but it didn't satisfy. Tacos always do though.

Ozgirl-36 weeks and counting! So yes, basically any time. But hopefully now just now, because I need to shave my legs. :P

Pregnant women aren't supposed to eat rare meats? Nobodyt mentioned that in 1990 when Kit-kat was on the way....

Not that it mattered;my wife could barely eat at all; Stouffer's frozen mac-and-beef (which she'd always liked before but got sick of during the pregnancy and no longer eats) and this Italian beef noodle soup she taught me to make, plus ocassioanl milkshake, and Chinese fried chicken and wonton soups.

Monday....my day off. Whoop whoop!!! Slept 11 hours last night. It was grand and I needed it. Over here there has been too much heat and too much sun, so I am definitely hoping for some rain and some cool. Not much else going on right now except work but I plan on escaping today and maybe do some shopping and see a movie...except there's nothing playing around me that I want to see:( Oh well....thre's popcorn and maybe a coney island hotdog:P

What's up with veryone?

Hey you! :) Nope, no rare meats, no unpasteurized cheeses, no runny eggs, no sushi. The first thing I am doing after delivery? Eat some sushi and have a beer! B)

Understandable, you don't want a baby in utero contracting evena benign infection from Mama's bloodstream, that can lead to all sorts of complications. Let alone one which isn't benign. A former therapist of mine has had a benign toxoplasmosis infection all her life because her mother was bitten by a cat when she was on the way;she can't, for example, donate blood because of it.

So, be careful...then go for it!

PS: I know Houston is an enormously populous area, just wondering if you ever run into or ehar from ceili these days.

My Mac crashed another hard drive bit the dust. 2 weeks later and I have my lap top and a bright shiney new lap top!!

I am so excited again to have my dear lap top back so I can pester you all on a daily basis.

We have a dreary day here in Dorthy land. I lurve it!
I know the dark dank Irish lass loves her rain. Makes me want to grab a cuppa and sit and watch my period dramas but alas I have a 2:30 meeting with the man. Alright a great boss none the less but \"the man\"

I have been blogging yet again and am going to try to keep it up. We are looking for a good therapist for No Nap Jack who is more than just a cross dresser. Figures I would have a trans kiddo but hey he is a perfect sweet heart with great intelligence and heart. I just have to give him tools to cope and live a full and happy life. Not sure I have that in my Mommy Mary Poppins bag of tricks but I am digging through it.

Cheers all am off to Astro kitty for lunch to get caught up on Buffy S8. I got paid today!!! Yeah me.

\"I'm a British Nanny. I'm dangerous\".

Beautiful day today. The weather has been great lately...sunny during the day around 80 degrees and cool at night.

Planning on heading up to Canada today to visit friends, have lunch and then attack Duty Free:P

Okay Seven....start the new month thread!!!!!

I know the Shoot em up film previews look really great. reminds me of a John Woo kind of film that will leave me partially deaf. I am looking forward to it.

No Nap had his sparkle Dorthy dress on today with teh Ruby slippers. He is hilarious!
