Hello! We're not feeling terribly creative just yet-my daughter is doing the Oz thing and going as God. She is also going with her friends, without me. Apparently I am a \"cool for a mom\", but not that cool.:laugh:

The kids every years take advantage of me since I have theater make-up background. Love to make the weird make-up tricks.

No Nap wants to go as Hanna Montana. Not sure how to pull that one off save for the blond wig. I might try to go as an evil disney character. I just live the evil stuff.

husband will do the walk around the neighborhood but I love to take the kids downtown and be the weird dressed up parent. I also thought about going as a fired egg.

I wear all white and then attach a yellow bowl upside down to the front of the outfit and carry around a spatula. The kids hate it but I love to do it just to play with their minds.

Hey all:kiss: I'm back from my vacation in Florida. The weather was atrocious....92 degrees and 100% humidity. My typical day started off by walking out the front door, getting slammed by the heat , my glasses fogging up and then falling flat on my face:blink: I also got about 100 bites from those stupid \"no-see em' flies:angry: I am sitting here happy in the 50 degree weather sracthing all my bites sitting next to the hydrogen peroxide:)

Well, done with the conference and now I am exhausted. 3, 14 hour days and I am in a afterglow of swag and i am not sure I can smile and meet new people for another full month.

Okay for all those that have been beside themselves with worry I have finally decided ona costume for Halloween. I am going as a witch....I know type casting you may say but I am going to be the bad witch and Ja ck is going as the good witch. I am just excited about wearing a corset cape black books and a wart.

I just want to let you all know I am wearing a push up bra!!! With the witch outfit on my Baps. They are spectacular in this velvet outfit. I will take pictures for myspace. I got the bra from Nordstoms and I thought i was gonna lose my eyes. I could poke out an eye with them gals.

Hi y'all. We're fine, nowhere near the fires thankfully but its in the air. It's been horrible.

Not sure what to tell y'all. I'm very tired these days. Work is very stressful. It's back to me and a receptionist. They fired my admin assistant for being a slacker. Can't blame em but now I'm totally doomed.

Oh I got a new car.:woohoo: I got a 2007 Rav 4. No more VW Bug for me. Couldnt deal with the constant need to blow $500 every couple of weeks fixing shit. Barry got a Prius. So I got the machine with balls and he's gone green:laugh:

What else? Monkey is officially 20 pounds and I have no idea how to get any weight off her. Bean was really sick a couple weeks ago but better now.

Nora - good to hear you were away from the fire area. Congrats on the cars. I drove both the Rav and the Prius and liked them both. I wanted a Prius but the monthly cost was beyond ridiculous. When my current lease is up, I'll look into a Prius again or another hybrid. I have an CX7 for now and I have to admit that I love the car. The Toyota that makes me tingle is the FJ Cruiser but I won't get it because of the gas consumption. This doesn't mean that I won't drool when I see one. My son totalled the Scion TC, so we got a VW GTI. Thus far a great car. Hope we don't have your VW probs.

I am going to take it slow today. I have an 'exhaustion' headache because 'Hurricane Irene' left town. Yep, my mother left this morning for her 6 month stay in Florida. It is just amazing how one litle old lady can wear out a whole household in the days preceding her departure.
