The reasons why we do what we do.

• Xander Harris has always been the most under-appreciated part of the scooby gang.

• He sees everything for what it is. His views are just.

• He defends his friends to the end, and puts his life on the line for them.

• He doesn’t boast. See the episode, “The Zeppo”.

• He’s hillarious.

• When things get rough, he comforts his friends. See the episode, “The Freshman”.

• He never backs down, even when he knows he’ll lose. See the episode, “Triangle”, “Killed By Death”.

• He’s a bit self-loathing, but not over-the-top with it like some plantinum-haired and gel-haired guys we know.

• He’s not a vampire.

• He’s a normal guy – an “every man”.

• He’s the only one who seems to be working all the time.

• He’s gone from school dork to successful business man without going to college.

• He has good taste in women (Buffy, Willow, Cordelia, Anya).

• He also makes poor choices in “women” (we’ve all dated some demons in our day, if you know what I mean).
