The not so funny is Drs having me on a WHEY protein shake thingey for the past 6 months to then get results back this week & my very shonky immune system has been revealed to be highly intolerant to all dairy (especially WHEY & casein), egg & wheat. :o So Mr I-only-eat-crap-food-that-is-highly-processed is about to learn some stuff. :mrgreen:

Ramones, the food switching is HELL!!! :evil: I spent FOUR hours doing my usual groceries cause I had to read each single flippin ingredient to obliterate 'em all (dairy & wheat are so pervasive). My poor other half as confessed to the 'girls in the office' that he is going to hide his stash there so he can indulge (else I'm sure he'd have worse detox issues than me).

Hopefully the next shop will be easier (cause I'll know which to buy etc)....as long as I avoid seniors pension day :o :shock: :o THAT was scary in itself. :lol:

Ahhh, hell hath no fury like a Hell Goddess detoxing from the diary, egg and wheat. Might as well kick the sugar, nicotine and booze while your at it.
