Hey all. It's Saturday. Let's raise our glasses and pray to Joss that it's a better night than Friday.
Otts - what are you doing jobwise that has Wretch and his ilk hounding you? Last I knew, and this was a while ago mind, you were doing the DJ thing.
Leave for five years and people get married, have babies, switch jobs. What the hell ever happened to dependability?

Bloody annoyed. ADP was supposed to direct deposit our checks today and NOPE they're not there. I'm hoping they just did it to go in Monday because if I don't get paid, a certain payroll company is going to be FIRED

Hello, everyone! It looks like I missed all the fun the last few days! I woke up early, so I decided to pop in before getting ready for church. Ok, I know that everyone is looking at me funny...yes, I do actually go to church. I'm actually teaching Adult Sunday School and Junior Church for the 3-5 year-olds today. Mwah-ha-ha, can you believe they give me all those lovely minds both young and old to corrupt?
Ott, TV, Nat, Fiat, etc - I'm so sorry I missed all of you! I'll try to stop back by in NB prime-time tomorrow.
Glori - I don't know if anyone ever answered your question about the American flooding, but my hometown is in southern Indiana. The actual flooding only lasted for a day, but it's going to be months of clean-up. It was a flash flood, the water rose within just a few minutes, and people just got out with the clothes on their backs. Not a lot of people carry flood insurance, so many lost absolutely everything they had. My hometown was hit by a tornado in 2002. Everyone says the flood damage is by far more damaging than the tornado.

If I were to "accidentally" let my roommates cats outside by "accidentally" leaving the front door open when I go to take the trash out, she wouldn't get too mad at me, right?

Val29 - Very similar to the earthquake sitch. Destruction is one thing, but when you bring the water into it you now have destruction plus mold. Awful, evil, mold. I have friends with family in Indiana and it is just so sickening to think of all the rebuilding they are going to have to do. The homeless rate just increased significantly and who in this day and age has the money to rebuild an entire life? And I doubt that FEMA learned much from Katrina or anything else so they'll be of no help. Hell, I have friends in NOLA that are still waiting for their assistance and it's been how long?...
