Hello, everyone. Sorry I've been MIA, but with the end of the school year fast approaching, life's been hectic. Who would have thought that preschools and elementary schools had so much going on!?! There have been field days, water days, pizza parties...would you believe that Elizabeth's school is throwing a cocktail party for the parents in a few days?!!!? Yes, I said COCKTAIL...as in booze...to celebrate the end of the elementary school year. Am I the only one who finds that slightly odd?

Well, I'm off to try to find the painter's tape. I'm going to try to talk H1 into getting some room painting done over the long weekend. My house is starting to bug me. If I had the money, the time, and the patience, I think I'd gut the place and start over.

My daughter took some pictures of her friends who have a band... Wonderfyully stylized and it seems that they used the one photo for the cover of their album (it's getting a lot of play,especially in the UK). If you get iTunes...then go to the iTunes store and then go to power search and type in Dangerous Muse. It's the picture on the the 'Give Me Danger' album. I bet they didn't give her credit for the photo. I've had that photo on my fridge for a year now LOL. Makes my daughter smile even though she probably didn't get any credit for the shoot.

Yes....I am a bronze goddess despite all the sunscreen. A tired one too. I have been BUSY!! Another Swim Club closed down and some members joined here. I am finding out that these people are die hard swim club members. This may be a very loooong three months for me:blink: Actually I thrive under stress but tend to fall apart on the hot sticky humid days. Yesterday was a bitch. Today is rainy day so we are closed...yippee. Oh and I just got a call from a new member to see if we are closed when it is pouring outside.....:unsure: Le sigh.

Life is interesting too because one of the filtering tanks has a hole. I think I may strangle my plumber and my husband because they won't agree on what to do. Argh.

I am so procrastinating. The thought of working is making me hungry and ill. I have to finish the damn progress report but have little to no interest in completing this damn thing.

Today is my 19th anniversary. Wow it either seems like it has been a blink of an eye or an eternity. depends on the day.

I think I am leaving work early to take the kids swimming with me downtown. I want to be in the pool.

I am also having a hard time watching anything but North and south and Richard Armitage on the TV. I think I found a new obsession for the time being.
cannot wait for the new season of Robin Hood on BBC.
